Briana is a senior at NYU’s College of Arts and Sciences where she is double majoring in Politics and Economics. She is writing her senior thesis on World Bank lending and its effect on development in former Soviet Union countries. She will be staying in NYC to work after graduation. She has lived in some exciting places, such as Kazakhstan and Russia, where she went to high school and began participating in MUN. This is her first time chairing and she’s very excited!! In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, learning Spanish, and exploring the best brunch restaurants that NYC has to offer.
Once the owner of a flamboyant moustache, which he lost as a result of a bet placed on the Cricket World Cup, Zarnaab is as proud a Pakistani as they come. Having started MUN 5 years ago he has always had a predilection towards political committees with a special focus on Islamic radicalism. Aside from the occasional Urdu poetry, he enjoys FIFA, bashing US foreign policy and taking outlandish snapchats.
